Mike & Wendy: Couldn't they have eliminated them BOTH!? Monday night started the second week of Dancing with the Stars. This year they started off a little differently & did not eliminate anyone the first week. Last night was the first results show of the season and it did not disappoint! The first 'star' to be eliminated was "Loveline" radio host Mike Catherwood and his partner Lacey. They had the lowest scores, 30 out of the possible 60 for both weeks. We saw this coming, I believe America made a good choice, he doesn't have the fan base to stay in the competition and most importantly he is a terrible dancer. Sorry Mike, stick to Radio, what your good
While it was bad news for Mike, the musical guest of the night CHRIS BROWN was celebrated for his 2 impressive performances. His first performance of "Yeah 3X" was nothing short of entertaining. This was his first return to ABC network since his shirtless shattered window incident on GMA a week ago. [SHOUT OUT to Chris: Yo, get your personal life together, your so likable and talented!] Chris' second number was a remix of his hit "Forever" and "Beautiful People", another stand out performance full of neon lights and great dance moves. Chris received a standing ovation from the DWTS crowd.
My favorite performance of the night went to adorable Chelsea Kane & hunky Mark Ballas who performed a Jive to Panic! at the Disco's "I Write Sins Not Tragedies". It was a risky move that none of the judges really liked, as far as the rules of the Jive, but thankfully they have no control over the votes... I believe America loved it! They nailed it and got 10's in my book! Here is a look if you happened to miss the performance on Monday night!
